It took us a few days, but this morning we decided it was time to head to Covent Garden and hook up with the Sandeman's Free Walking Tour of London.
It took us a few days, but this morning we decided it was time to head to Covent Garden and hook up with the Sandeman's Free Walking Tour of London.
After driving through Germany into the Netherlands and checking into our houseboat on the canal, we decided it was time to take another Sandeman's Free Walking Tour.
We arrived back in Berlin just in time to take the afternoon free Sandeman's Walking Tour. And what a tour it was!
Another major European city, another excellent walking tour from Sandeman's in which we learn a lot about Denmark in general and Copenhagen specifically.
On our travels around the world, we've had some great beer, but when it comes to sheer variety, there's no place else quite like Belgium. So I enthusiastically jumped at the chance to take a tour of Belgian beer in Brussels.
Another major European city means another Sandeman's walking tour for us.
We spent three hours taking a deep dive into the history of Paris with Sandeman's New Europe Free Walking Tour.
We knew next to nothing about Prague, so we headed out to Old Town Prague to hook up with the Sandeman's New Prague free walking tour (like we do in any city we can).
After our whirlwind driving tour of Spain, we were happy to settle down in Barcelona for a week, where my mom came to join up on our travels for a few days. We didn't do a lot each day, but over the course of the week we packed in quite a few activities.
After scouring the back streets of Madrid in search of the rare cookies baked by nuns, we ate at the world's oldest restaurant, took in some famous art at the Prado Museum, and went on an evening tapas tour.
