After touring Luxembourg City the previous day, we dedicated this day to exploring the rest of Luxembourg ... and a little bit of Belgium.
Turin! Home of Fiat, vermouth, the Shroud of Turin, and the bicerin—the greatest drink ever.
We were off on another day trip to another Italian city — Florence (called Firenze in Italy) — which is home to another UNESCO World Heritage Site. And, of course, Michelangelo's David.
We had to leave Le Marche and head across Italy to Lucca, but not before we stopped in to see the mummies of Urbania in the Church of Death.
The first thing we did after arriving in Rome was to leave the country and head into Vatican City. We, like every other person in the tiny country of Vatican City, went to see the Sistine Chapel. But we didn't realize just how much art the Vatican Museum held.
