We spend the next two days exploring the many unique sights of Cappadocia and enjoying some fabulous Turkish food. But there's one thing we don't do ...
We spend three days visiting the Cappadocia region of Turkey and the village of Ürgüp, famous for its incredible rock hosues. On the first day, we explore the unusual rock formations of Paşabağ and take in some great views.
There's a lot to see in Istanbul. You can't walk down the street without running into something historic, notable, or simply amazing. We spent a few days exploring the city and we barely scratched the surface. We did see some incredible things, though.

After the hectic pace we'd kept up in India, we were looking forward to slowing down a little bit in Istanbul. What we didn't expect though, were the cats. So many cats ...
Our last three days in India sort of bunched together. One day we did nothing but make the six-hour journey from Jaipur to Delhi. Then we spent a day catching up on some of the sights we'd missed the first time around, and tried unsuccessfully to explore the neighborhood a little bit. Then we ate at India's best restaurant and got ready for our departure to Istanbul.
Our journey through Jaipur continues with a visit to the ancient celestial observatory known as the Jantar Mantar.
Our first stop on our day-long tour of Jaipur was the Amber Fort, also called the Amer Fort or the Amber Palace, home of the Rajput Majarajas.
The drive from Agra to Jaipur is about a five-hour drive. But we did it in 10 because we stopped twice along the way to see some cool sights.
