Much of our time in France was spent in Paris, where we slowed down our travels for eight days.
Despite having a car, we didn’t really feel like driving in Paris, so we kept Persephone parked in a (free!) parking spot and relied on the robust Paris Metro to get around.

Sometimes, after a long period of repeated travel, finding a place where you can just chill out for a few days and fall into something that resembles a normal routine is a great thing. And that's just what we did while we were staying at a great Paris apartment. We did, however, still manage to get out and see some other sights in the city.
